School Bus & Transport FAQ: Warangal

Our buses cover Hanamkonda, Hunter Road, Kazipet, Mulugu Road, Subedari, Bhadrakali, Pochamma Maidan and surrounding pockets in Warangal Urban. Exact routes are confirmed at admission based on your residential address.

All buses comply with Telangana Transport Department norms for school vehicles, speed governors, GPS, CCTV, first-aid kits and a trained female attendant on every bus. Drivers carry valid PSV (public service vehicle) licences and undergo background verification.

Yes, GPS tracking is enabled and parents can view the bus location via a parent app or shared link. You'll receive updates near pickup and drop, so the morning rush gets predictable.

Transport is optional and billed separately, based on the route distance from the campus. Annual transport fees are payable upfront or in two instalments aligned with academic terms.

Pickup times depend on the route and your stop's position on it. Most routes start between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM and the last child boards by 8:15 AM. You receive a final pickup time at admission.

Call the front office on +91 88866 63636 before 8:15 AM and we'll guide you. The bus does not double-back, so missed children are dropped off by parents. We do not penalise occasional misses.

Bus transport is available for Pre-KG, but most parents prefer to drop and pick up Pre-KG children personally for the first term while the child settles in. Speak to the admissions team for the latest on bus availability for the youngest age groups.

We share advance notice on the parent WhatsApp group and through SMS. If the school is closed mid-day due to weather, buses are dispatched in coordination and parents are intimated before drop-off.

Yes, route changes are accommodated if the new address falls within an operational route. Fee adjustments, if any, are made on a pro-rata basis.
