Co-Curricular Activities (CCA)

Activities that run alongside the academic curriculum — music, drama, debate, sports, art, robotics — and are integral (not optional) to a child's school experience.

Co-curricular activities differ from 'extra-curricular' in that they are timetabled and credit-bearing. They are not optional extras after school — they are part of the school day.
